Job Summary

Mirage Banquet Hall Ltd. is seeking a skilled Food Service Associate to join our team. As a Food Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide menu recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables.
    • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Table Management
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
    • Assist with setting up and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • Communication
    • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
    • Assist clients/guests with special needs.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity.
    • Stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Will train.

Working Conditions
