Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Associate to join our team at Inchin's Bamboo Garden. As a Food Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Present bills to customers and accept payment in a timely and professional manner.
    • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers in a clear and concise manner.
    • Advise customers on menu selections and make recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Screening Questions
    • Ensure that all customers are legally able to work in Canada.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service role is preferred.
