Job Overview

MNP is seeking a skilled Agronomist to join our team. As a key member of our agricultural advisory team, you will play a crucial role in providing expert guidance to our clients on crop management and soil health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct field scouting visits to assess crop health and identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform soil and plant tissue tests to inform recommendations for crop management and soil health.
  • Develop and implement variable rate application plans to optimize crop yields and reduce environmental impact.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in crop management and soil health.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement customized crop management plans.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree in Agriculture or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in agronomy or a related field.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
