Job Summary

FAS Enterprises Ltd is seeking a skilled Dispatchers Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and resolving work problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high quality
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Flexibility, initiative, and a strong work ethic
Work Environment

FAS Enterprises Ltd offers a dynamic and challenging work environment with opportunities for growth and development. As a Dispatchers Supervisor, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with a team of 3-4 people. Public transportation is available, and the work schedule is 35 hours per week.
