Job Title: Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Millennium Pacific Greenhouses Partnership. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our greenhouses, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize workflows
  • Organize and assign tasks to team members to ensure smooth operation of equipment and facilities
  • Train and mentor team members in duties and policies
  • Prepare and submit reports on operations and performance
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
  • Co-ordinate activities with other departments and teams
  • Offer guidance and support to team members
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
