Job Title: Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Millennium Pacific Greenhouses Partnership. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our greenhouses, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks, organize work, and ensure smooth operation of equipment.
  • Team Leadership: Train workers in duties and policies, prepare and submit reports, and coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
  • Environmental Stewardship: Ensure that all operations are conducted in an environmentally responsible manner, adhering to our company's green initiatives.
  • Communication: Provide technical advice, recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
