Financial Control Supervisor Job Description

Gressenhall Enterprise Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Financial Control Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive financial reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Financial Control: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions and data.
  • Team Management: Co-ordinate and review the work of team members to ensure efficient and effective financial operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in financial control or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Quick Books, and accounting software.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, reliability, and a team player.
