About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Asset Manager to join our team at PeopleToGo. As a key member of our Information Services department, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and technical expertise in asset management.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of IT assets, from procurement to disposal. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that all assets are properly inventoried, tracked, and maintained. Your expertise will also be required to develop and implement policies and procedures related to asset management.

You will provide training and support to new users on asset management tools and processes. Additionally, you will investigate and resolve incidents related to asset management, ensuring that all work is performed in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice, Good Laboratory Practice, and Standard Operating Procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ITIL Foundation Certification or demonstrated knowledge of the ITIL Framework
  • Minimum of 7 years combined experience in the Pharmaceutical/Process Industry, Consumer Packaged Goods, Information Systems, Project Management OR a Management Consulting Environment
  • Experience performing queries and audits of the Asset Management database
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to investigate problems by identifying the root cause or event
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience with SAP Procurement, Receiving and Service Entry, as well as Invoice entry in SAP, would be an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office automation tools, including Word, Excel, Access, Project, and Outlook, is also desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a retirement savings plan.
