About the Role

As a Senior Financial Advisor at Scotiabank, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their financial goals. Your expertise and guidance will be instrumental in building strong relationships with our clients and providing them with tailored financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough financial assessments to understand our customers' needs and develop personalized financial strategies.
  • Provide expert advice on a range of financial products and services, including investments, borrowing solutions, and day-to-day banking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their goals and aspirations, and delivering exceptional service throughout their financial journey.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible advice and guidance.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in a financial services role, with a strong understanding of financial products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective financial strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  • Relevant certifications and licenses, including a Mutual Funds license and CIFP Diploma.
