Job Title: Registered Dental Hygienist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to provide top-notch dental services with a patient-centric approach at Markdale Family Dental in Ontario.


Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform dental hygiene procedures, including teeth cleaning, scaling, and polishing, to maintain patients' oral health.
  • Conduct thorough oral health assessments and provide patients with clear guidance on oral hygiene techniques.
  • Take dental X-rays as needed to support diagnosis and treatment.
  • Assist the dentist during dental procedures to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care and promote a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • High-level knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and ability to discuss treatment plans with patients professionally and effectively.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality patient care.
  • Familiarity with Dental office management software (Tracker knowledge is an asset).
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering patient trust and satisfaction.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be registered with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO).
  • Maintains a valid CPR/First Aid certification.
