We are looking for a hard-working Registered Dental Hygienist to work at our *Markdale Family Dental Office in Markdale, Ontario*, who takes pride in their appearance and values as part of a collaborative team. Our ideal candidate shares our commitment to delivering top-notch patient care. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential qualities we seek. We believe in creating a comfortable and relaxed environment for our patients, and your ability to make them feel at ease is highly valued.

_*Qualifications:*_
* High-level knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and the ability to discuss treatment plans with patients professionally and effectively.
* Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.
* Familiarity with Dental office management software (Tracker knowledge is an asset).
* Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering patient trust and satisfaction.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Must be registered with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO).
* Maintains a valid CPR/First Aid certification.

_*Responsibilities:*_
* Perform dental hygiene procedures including teeth cleaning, scaling, and polishing.
* Conduct oral health assessments and provide patients with simple terms with oral hygiene techniques.
* Take dental X-rays as needed.
* Assist the dentist during dental procedures.
* Upkeeping both the laboratory and operatory environments
* Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans.
* Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care.
