- Manage Cash and Merchandise: Oversee the handling of cash and merchandise, including ordering and authorizing returns.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize downtime.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to operate efficiently.
- Ensure Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure work environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and policies.
- Experience: Previous experience in a retail or gas station environment is an asset.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Availability: Availability for shift or on-call work is required.
