Gas Station Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Manitoba Ltd. As a key member of our retail business, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment for our staff and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our staff, including apprentices, stagehands, and design team members.
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training.
- Order merchandise and authorize returns.
- Establish work schedules and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage cash and maintain accurate financial records.
- 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the retail business or oil and gas industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
