Gas Station Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Manitoba Ltd.
Job Summary:The Gas Station Supervisor will be responsible for supervising staff, hiring and training new employees, ordering merchandise, and managing cash. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise staff and ensure they are meeting performance expectations
- Hire and train new employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels
- Manage cash and ensure accurate financial records
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Co-ordinate activities of workers and ensure smooth operations
- 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
