Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team at Partap Farm. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the farm, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of farm staff, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard and deadlines are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve farm productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Monitor and control farm expenses, ensuring they are within budget.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as agriculture, business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a farm or agricultural setting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Working Conditions
  • 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts and on-call.
  • English language proficiency.
