As a key member of our agricultural operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our farm, ensuring the highest quality produce is harvested and delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the overall operation of the farm, including crop planning, planting, and harvesting
* Supervise a team of staff and/or volunteers to ensure efficient and effective farm operations
* Coordinate with suppliers to purchase necessary equipment, seeds, and other supplies
* Develop and implement soil fertility programs to maintain optimal soil health
* Perform general farm duties, including maintenance of farm machinery and equipment

Requirements:

* 5 years or more of experience in farm management or a related field
* Strong knowledge of crop production, soil science, and agricultural practices
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
