Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Best Canadian Dollar Store. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure that sales goals are met.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, ensuring that customers receive excellent service and support.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain accurate records and reports, with a focus on attention to detail.
- Standing for Extended Periods: Work in a retail environment, standing for extended periods and moving around the store as needed.
- Client Focus: Provide exceptional customer service, with a focus on meeting the needs of our customers.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Build strong relationships with colleagues and customers, with a focus on effective communication and teamwork.
