Job Description- Engineering Excellence: Review and certify ASME Sect. requirements, ensuring the highest quality designs meet industry standards.
- Quality and Compliance: Prepare and seal pressure vessel design reports, calculations, and identify necessary updates to quality programs as ASME standards evolve.
- Collaboration and Innovation: Partner with production, welding, and quality teams to ensure manufacturability, safety, and compliance in every design.
- Root Cause Analysis and Troubleshooting: Provide expertise in root cause analysis, troubleshoot production challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Compliance Champion: Act as a subject matter expert, guiding teams on engineering codes, project specifications, and standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Strong understanding of materials properties, welding techniques, and fabrication processes for pressure vessel manufacturing.
- Proficiency with tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and familiarity with FEA methodology.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including extended health and dental care, life insurance, disability benefits, and a company-matched Group Pension Plan (RRSP).
