Salary RangeWe offer competitive salaries, reviewed annually, ranging from $85,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionThis exciting opportunity is for an Architectural Design Technician to join our dynamic team in Greater Sudbury, Ontario. As a key member of our multidisciplinary project team, you will work closely with architects, engineers, and technologists to deliver innovative solutions for industrial and commercial projects.
- You will participate in meetings and collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to develop projects from concept design to completion.
- Prepare tenders, construction drawings, and various documents and reports for industrial and commercial projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and technologists to execute projects during all phases.
- Coordinate with other disciplines on multidisciplinary projects.
- Complete technical, multidisciplinary, and peer reviews.
- Lead the architectural technologist group and mentor junior staff.
- Travel between J.L. Richards & Associates Ltd offices and project sites across Ontario and Canada as required.
