Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Supervisor to join our team at Circle K. As a key member of our retail store team, you will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing inventory, and leading a team of sales associates.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales tasks and duties to team members
- Authorize payments and returns
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data
- Resolve customer complaints and supply chain issues
- Organize and maintain inventory levels
- Supervise and coordinate team activities
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail sales or management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads
Our retail store operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and heavy customer traffic. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be expected to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
