Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Shell Shop. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales and Merchandising: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales volumes and improve merchandising practices.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
- Work Setting: Retail business with on-site customer service.
- Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties, hire and train staff, authorize payments, order merchandise, and resolve customer issues.
- Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of 1 to 2 people, including cashiers, retail salespersons, and sales clerks.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, attention to detail, and combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
