Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Shell Shop. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and ensuring the success of our retail business.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 1-2 sales professionals, including cashiers, retail salespersons, and sales clerks.
- Sales and Merchandising: Assign sales workers to duties, authorize payments, order merchandise, and establish work schedules to ensure efficient sales operations.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolve issues, and handle customer requests and complaints in a professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and ensuring accurate inventory levels.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment or equivalent experience.
- Work Setting: Retail business with on-site customer service.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, attention to detail, and combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Work Term: Permanent.
