We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated individual to join our faculty as an Assistant Professor in the Organizational Behaviour/Human Resource Management (OB/HRM) area.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, conducting research, and contributing to the academic community. The position is a tenure-track opportunity, commencing July 1, 2025.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels, including OB/HRM courses.
  • Conduct research in the area of OB/HRM, with a focus on publishing in top-tier journals.
  • Develop and maintain a highly productive research agenda.
  • Communicate research findings to academic and business audiences.
  • Mentor MSc/PhD students and support their academic and professional development.
  • Participate in service responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
  • PhD (or completion of a PhD within one year of employment start date) with an emphasis in Organizational Behaviour, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated exceptional research potential, including ability to publish in top-tier journals and maintain a highly productive research agenda.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate research findings to academic and business audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to teach courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
  • Interest in mentoring MSc/PhD students and supporting their academic and professional development.
  • Willingness and capacity to take on service responsibilities as may be required.
