Job Description

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual who can provide administrative support to our staff and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role and a secondary school graduation certificate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to maximize efficiency
  • Schedule appointments and confirm bookings to minimize downtime
  • Answer phone calls and relay messages promptly to maintain excellent customer service
  • Answer electronic inquiries and respond to emails in a timely manner
  • Compile data and statistics to inform business decisions
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to avoid stockouts
  • Greet clients and direct them to relevant contacts or services
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems for efficient record-keeping
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy
