As an RF Design Validation/Testing Co-op student, you will apply sound engineering skills to a variety of tasks and project assignments in the area of electronics, design engineering, and semiconductor component test development.

The RF Design Validation/Testing Co-op will support RF test evaluation of RFIC's and multichip modules. Requires background in RF/microwave design. Knowledgeable in RF testing and RF equipment setup. Proficient in data processing and presentation tools such as Matlab, MS Excel and Power Point. Good data summary and presentation skills are desired. The student will perform RF tests, evaluate and summarize results, and present data to design engineers. The person should understand RF parameters and be able to communicate effectively. The Co-op will may also be involved in design evaluation, simulation and debugging of RF switches, Filters, Couplers, PA's, LNA's and FEM's. The student should be a self-starter and enjoy being hands on.

The typical pay range for an intern is currently CAD $25.00 - $44.00 per hour. Starting base pay will depend on level of education and the ultimate job duties and requirements.
