Regional Sales Development Manager

At Brandt, we are currently seeking a skilled Territory Manager to join our team in Fredericton. This role is responsible for selling new and used material handling equipment within a designated area of responsibility.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sell both new and used material handling equipment across the assigned territory.
- Travel extensively to effectively cover all current and prospect-account locations.
- Growing Our Customer Base:
- Increase sales with existing customers.
- Acquire new customers and identify key strategic customers.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Maintain knowledge of customers' business activities and needs.
- Prepare and update customer status reports, including sales call activities and customer lists.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for the assigned territory.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Complete sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Manage travel requirements and expenses.
- Other projects as required.
Required Skills:
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and goal-driven individual.
- Proven ability to grow sales in a defined territory.
- Familiarity with the Material Handling industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Able to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
