**Job Summary**

Brandt is seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the Compact Construction Equipment division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Fort McMurray region.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospects
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase our equipment capabilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge

**Requirements**

  • Proven sales experience in the construction equipment industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Valid passport and ability to travel internationally
