Main Responsibilities
Oversee departmental managers and hourly employees, providing guidance, coaching, and leadership.
Conduct weekly manager meetings to ensure open communication across all levels.
Regularly provide feedback and recognition to team members.
Mentor and train new employees and managers onboarding processes.
Embody The Canadian Brewhouse's values and culture.
Maintain the interior and exterior of the building to the highest standards.
Complete payroll, place orders, create schedules, track fundraisers, and perform other weekly office tasks.
Review and enforce safety, sanitation, and food safety practices.
Plan, organize, and facilitate in-house and outside events.
Forecast and analyze industry trends, budgets, purchasing, and labor.
Expand knowledge of Brewhouse procedures, including food, drinks, policies, training programs, values, processes, and more.
