Retail Store Supervisor Job Description

Cheema Retail Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Operations: Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail experience.
