Job Summary

Cheema Retail Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing sales floor activities, and maintaining a high level of store appearance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Sales Floor Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights for business growth and improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, conducting performance reviews, and providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
