Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year

Job Description:

As our ideal candidate, you'll lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to our clients' unique needs. You will be responsible for driving results-oriented solutions across multiple platforms, leveraging your expertise in areas such as SEO, paid advertising, social media, and email marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing plans aligned with client objectives
  • Leverage industry insights and trends to inform strategy and optimize campaign performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing efforts and drive business growth
  • Analyze campaign results, identifying opportunities for improvement and providing actionable recommendations
  • Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional development

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on leadership and strategy
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, StackAdapt, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret data and inform strategic decisions
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills, with ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Post-secondary education in marketing, business, or a related field
