Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Hospitality Operations Director to lead our winery and hospitality operations at our newest venue in Beamsville.

As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, including production, vineyard management, restaurant, tasting room, and event space.

Your expertise in sales strategy development and execution will drive revenue growth through private events, dining spaces, and wine sales.

You will contribute to achieving the company vision and strategy, develop and lead a high-performing team, and compile and present KPI data for strategic team meetings.

Effective communication with guests, clients, vendors, suppliers, and external stakeholders will be essential in establishing strong relationships and promoting a positive culture within the organization.

You will also supervise and provide advice, support, coaching, and direction to all team members, embodying the company leadership practices.

Beyond your technical skills, you will promote and live the purpose, vision, and values of Carmen's Group both internally and externally, fostering a sense of community and promoting a positive culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior leadership role within the hospitality or beverage management industry.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent written and verbal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Experience compiling, analyzing, and presenting financial data metrics.
