Summary: The **Administrator **is responsible completing a variety of office tasks including office reception, company event planning, new lead vetting, ordering office supplies and other general administrative tasks.

Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM, five days per week, increased/decreased as needed

Reports to: Director of Finance

Job Duties:

- Serve as the office receptionist as well as order and maintain office supplies
- Oversee office presentation and welcome customers
- Organize scheduled company events throughout the year
- Manage the posting of job advertisements and communication with applicants
- Prepare uniforms and paperwork for new/current employees
- Manage company benefits and pension programs
- Manage insurance and license renewals
- Keep inventory of company uniforms and order more when required
- Manage administration of our operating systems and software
- Coordinate with our IT company on any IT issues
- Ensure that all managers have approved their direct reports timesheets everyday
- Collect mail weekly
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications
- Assist with other employee’s general administration tasks in the office as required

**Requirements**:

- Completion of high school, some college/university/vocational experience
- Capable of using typical programs used in office administration
- Time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Speak, read, and write English
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Capable of using Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
