Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Hamel's Meats (2015) Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in food service or a related field is an asset.
  • Availability for shift or on-call work.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
