Job Title: Executive Chef

Banee Restaurants Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the preparation and presentation of food in our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to enhance the dining experience.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Collaborate with clients to plan and execute special events and functions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 hours per week.
