About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an industrial production environment, specifically in areas such as pulp and paper, water treatment, or similar. You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as precision and agility in handling projects within scope, budget, and timelines.

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team, focusing on personnel management, recruitment, development, and coaching. Your expertise in developing and optimizing maintenance programs and schedules will be valuable assets to our organization.

In this role, you will work closely with production teams to coordinate maintenance activities and implement business processes and standard operating procedures for maintenance operations. You will also be responsible for implementing a vigorous asset management system and optimizing our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of maintenance professionals to ensure effective execution of maintenance activities.
  • Develop and refine a comprehensive predictive, preventive, and condition-based maintenance program.
  • Implement and maintain business processes and standard operating procedures for maintenance operations.
  • Optimize asset management systems and CMMS to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an industrial production environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Precision and agility in handling projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Leadership and teamwork skills.
  • PCMAC - MMP designation considered an asset.
