Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Definity. As a key member of our HR team, you will partner with our Technology Solutions team to drive business outcomes and support the achievement of our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Technology Solutions leaders to implement and roll out HR programs and projects aligned with team goals.
  • Be the voice of the customer within HR and present a unified voice of HR to the business.
  • Drive business performance through development and delivery of people strategy and solutions.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts within HR on the design, implementation, and sustainment of HR systems and processes.
  • Assess needs and barriers to drive business performance.
Requirements
  • University degree or College diploma.
  • CHRL designation or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of progressively responsible and related experience in Human Resources.
  • Prior experience in successfully working with high-performing Information Technology teams.
  • Experience working in the financial services industry is an asset.
