About the Role


We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Inventory Management Supervisor to join our team at Subzi Mandi Cash & Carry. This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week, with free parking available.


Job Summary


The successful candidate will oversee the operational logistics of our retail service establishment, supervising and coordinating activities of workers, planning and organizing inventory, and training staff in duties and policies.


Key Responsibilities


Our ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities:



  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of 3-4 employees
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Prepare and submit reports on operational performance
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics

Requirements and Qualifications


To be considered for this role, you must have:



  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Or equivalent experience

Benefits


This role offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as free parking and a permanent work term.

Salary: $62,500 - $72,000 per year
