We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Rx Compounding Pharmacy Inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are properly trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure that they meet our high standards.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and manage our store's finances effectively.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that our store is well-staffed at all times.
  • Sell merchandise and promote our products to customers.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our sales team, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in retail management and ensure that our store is always running at its best.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • Permanent employment.
  • 35 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
