About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Technical Operations team as a Director. In this role, you will partner with internal stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and align teams towards common goals.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all value streams, ensuring alignment between Business and PQI-Tech.
  • Lead collaborative and detailed delivery cycles and large initiative planning, integrating product/engineering requirements with EA goals.
  • Coordinate multiple managers and technical personnel throughout all project phases, from initial discovery through to development and release.
  • Collaborate with Technical Project Managers (TPMs) to report project status and results, fostering a culture of accountability and transparency.
Requirements
  • 8+ years in Agile leadership and product delivery specifically with the application of agile, product and project management principles, practices and theory.
  • Extensive experience in coaching, mentoring, and empowering agile teams.
  • Deep understanding of both operational and technological principles.
  • Experience in driving strategic initiatives and aligning teams towards common goals.

Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, new parent leave, and free games.
