Guillevin International is seeking a skilled Credit Analyst to join our team. As a Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating credit requests and assessing risk for our clients.
Main Responsibilities:- Evaluate credit requests and assess risk for new and existing clients.
- Conduct financial reviews to assess creditworthiness.
- Process credit card payments and apply in accounting system.
- Approve new credit applications and set up new accounts.
- Temporarily suspend credit privileges as necessary.
- Complete comprehensive credit inquiries.
- Assist with cash application and liaise with Business Centre Managers.
- Develop and maintain teamwork both internally and externally.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position dealing with high volume business to business collections.
- Degree in finance, accounting, or administration, or other relevant education.
- Experience reading and analyzing Equifax, Dun and Bradstreet reports for risk assessment/credit granting.
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook (MS Office).
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
- Professional and courteous phone manner.
- Motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and resolve conflicts.
