Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately assembling products for customer orders, loading orders onto customer trucks, receiving inventory from suppliers, and receiving and restocking customer returns.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, with experience in order picking, receiving, and stock management. You will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble products for customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency
- Loading orders onto customer trucks in a timely and safe manner
- Receiving inventory from suppliers, processing receiving tallies and packing slips, and conducting spot inventory counts
- Performing daily preventative maintenance checks on lift trucks and other equipment
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum one-year warehouse experience, with knowledge of order picking processes
- Certification in counterbalance forklift operation (training provided)
- Owning steel-toed boots
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Regularly bending, lifting, and reaching during the course of shift
