Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 10163629 MANITOBA LTD. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and management staff.
- Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and optimal store performance.
- Issue Resolution: Effectively resolve customer complaints, supply chain issues, and other operational challenges.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring stock is properly stored and rotated.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Cash Management: Manage cash handling procedures, including counting and reconciling cash and credit transactions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Our retail store operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
