Job Title: IT Systems Administrator

Phoenix Ironworks is seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Material Requirements Planning (MRP) System and providing on-site IT support to our internal and external implementation teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the integration of the MRP System with other software tools and ensure optimal operation.
  • Provide technical support and training to users on the new manufacturing and construction technology system.
  • Build and maintain working relationships with the project team and end users.
  • Monitor performance and maintain site server and technology solutions to ensure optimal operation.
  • Troubleshoot issues and outages and assist other team members with technical issues.
  • Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) certification is an asset.
  • At least 3+ years of proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
  • Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management.
  • Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery.
