At Closing the Gap Healthcare, we are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess current active registration as a Speech-Language Pathologist with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario and a valid G2/G Driving License. You will be responsible for assessing client speech, language, communication, and swallowing abilities, as well as developing and implementing treatment plans to meet their unique needs.

You will work closely with our Case Manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care. Your ability to think critically and make informed decisions will be essential in delivering high-quality patient outcomes.
