This process involves assessment, identification of strengths and needs, goal-setting, treatment planning, and implementation of treatment in a direct, indirect or consultative manner, as indicated, then discharge.This position may be required to work with children and youth with a complex profile of needs to deliver an interdisciplinary approach to care with community partnering agencies in an outreach capacity in the home, community or school.This is just a snapshot of what you would be doing. To learn more, you can find a full job description and an organizational chart at This Sound Like You? :** *Masters Degree or recognized equivalent in Occupational Therapy** Registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.* Have a strong interest or experience in:* School Based Rehabilitation* Autism Spectrum Disorders for Preschoolers* Active rehab for 0-18yrs with various neurological, developmental and/or physical challenges* Sound understanding of OT amongst children and youth* Want to make a difference in the lives of families and clients*Vaccination Policy*All employees are subject to mandatory immunization requirements as a condition of employment.
