Masco Canada Limited is seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Operations Management team, you will be responsible for leading production employees and ensuring safety, quality, and production targets are met in a Lean environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of production employees and ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and advising personnel on safe work practices.
- Meet quality targets through the participation and leading improvements in all aspects of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
- Ensure execution of the production plan to meet customer demand.
- Participate in Lean initiatives and Continuous Improvement programs.
- Communicate with employees regarding policies, procedures, and changes.
- Coordinate training and development programs for production employees.
- Verify production entries and troubleshoot daily reports.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in manufacturing, preferably in a Lean environment.
- Experience leading and motivating teams.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Computer skills and aptitude.
- Effective communication and collaborative skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
