We are seeking a Restaurant Supervisor at Right Wingers Hamilton. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop strong leadership skills.
About the RoleThe primary responsibility of this position is to supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. This includes training staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, as well as estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to establish methods to meet work schedules, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
Work EnvironmentThis role involves working in a restaurant setting with exposure to noise, odours, wet/damp conditions, and hot temperatures. The candidate should be able to stand for extended periods and walk frequently.
