Key Responsibilities:- Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, presenting them with our menu and specials.
- Check patrons' identification to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages.
- Create daily cocktail specials and inform guests about the daily menu and any changes.
- Be knowledgeable of the menu, ingredients, and preparation methods to provide accurate information to guests.
- Take and relay orders into the POS system efficiently and accurately.
- Serve food and beverages to guests as per the course of an order.
- Check with guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals and drinks, taking action to correct any problems.
- Make drinks at the dispense bar for restaurant guests.
- Accurately and reliably perform closing duties and reconcile cash with total sales.
- Be a continuous ambassador for Sun Peaks Resort and all activities and events throughout the summer season.
- Professional, fun, and friendly personality with the ability to build enthusiasm with guests under pressure and in routine situations.
- Neat, tidy, and well-organized with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to provide superior customer service and exceed customer expectations.
- Experience and a good understanding of a POS system.
- Capability to multitask and prioritize jobs.
- Well-presented and a team player.
