About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Claims Adjuster to join our dynamic team at Northbridge Financial Corporation. As a Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating complex claims, managing stressful calls, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and evaluate complex claims, including property damage and theft
- Manage stressful calls and clearly communicate decisions to customers
- Effectively manage a busy day-to-day schedule and prioritize tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in an insurance-focused program or related field
- Working towards the CIP designation is an asset
- Minimum of 1 year of claims adjusting or related experience
- Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite
